Applications for part-time degree programs at the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) are now being accepted.

Entry Requirements

Five “O” level credits in English, math, chemistry, physics, and biology must be earned by applicants in no more than two sittings.

For Water Resources Management, a credit in Geography is required.

UTME scores of 180 for Agricultural Science and 200 for Sciences are eligible.

For Entrepreneurial Studies, five credits must include English, Mathematics, Economics, and two social sciences such as Government, Financial Account, Commerce, or Geography.

Direct entry candidates with OND or HND certificates from recognised institutions must submit transcripts.

Programme Details

This is a non-residential programme with weekend lectures on the main campus.

The duration is six sessions for agricultural courses and five for natural sciences.

Application Process

  1. Go to the FUNAAB official website and click the Part-Time Degree Portal.
  2. Generate and print an invoice with your reference number.
  3. Pay ₦15,000 at any listed bank using the reference number.
  4. Complete the application on the Part-Time Degree Portal.
  5. Ensure all details, including photo and results, are correct before submission.

Screening Details

Candidates will be notified of the screening date.

Direct entry candidates are exempt from the screening exercise.
